If you're unsure, our team will assess your household size and consumption patterns during the site visit to recommend the best option.
Most installations are completed within one business day. The process includes site assessment, tank placement, pump installation, electrical connection, and system testing. We keep disruption to a minimum and ensure everything is working perfectly before we leave.
All routine servicing, inspections, part replacements, and repairs are covered under your monthly subscription. There are no hidden costs or surprise invoices. If something needs attention, we handle it proactively or respond promptly to any issues you report.
Yes. Since Reservo systems are owned and maintained by us, you can transfer your subscription to your new property. Our team will arrange reinstallation at your new address, subject to site suitability assessment.
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Essential to Pure or Ultra at any time. We'll assess your changing needs and install the additional components — such as a larger tank, filtration system, or UV steriliser — with minimal disruption.
The pressure pump requires electricity to operate. During load shedding or power outages, the system will not deliver water unless your property has alternative power (such as solar or a generator). We can discuss backup power options if this is a concern for your area.
Yes, we service individual units within complexes and estates. Some properties may have specific rules regarding external installations, so our team will work with your body corporate or estate management to ensure compliance while delivering a functional system.
